- 2. NIC or B Form
- 3. Father’s NIC
- 4. Domicile Certificate
- 5. Metric Certificate
- 6. FS.c. Certificate
- 7. Character certificate last attended institute
- 8. MDCAT Certificate
- 9. Hifz Certificate if applied as Hafiz /Hafiza
- 10. Recent Photograph with blue background size 3 cm x 3 cm And One Photocopy of all the above documents
Notice:
- 1. Only candidates with above documents are allowed to appear in interview. If they fail to provide they will be disqualifying for admission.
- 2. Short list is prepared very carefully. All the candidates are welcome to inform any error till the date of interview.
- 3. Any candidate if he / she prove that his / her aggregate is such that he should be invited, he will be included among the candidates interviewed.
