Eligibility Criteria:

• Civil servants currently holding posts in BS-5 to BS-16 under the Punjab Government.
• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree (4 years), or LLB from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Officials in BS-11 to BS-16: 5 years
  • Officials in BS-5 to BS-10: 8 years

Examination Syllabus: PMS Past Papers

The written examination consists of three papers:

1. General Ability (Objective):
   • Total Marks: 100
   • Topics: General Knowledge, Pakistan Affairs, English Grammar, and Islamic Studies (Non-Muslim candidates will study General Knowledge).
2. English Essay:
   • Total Marks: 25
3. Urdu Essay:
   • Total Marks: 25
4. Psychological Assessment and Viva Voce:
   • Total Marks: 200

Qualifying Criteria:

• A minimum of 40% marks in each subject.
• A 50% aggregate score.
• Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect MCQ answer.

Important Notes: PMS Past Papers

1. Candidates must meet all preconditions mentioned in the advertisement and instructions on the PPSC website.
2. Original certificates must be produced during the interview.
3. Change of examination centers will not be permitted.
4. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the HEC or relevant body.
5. In-service candidates must present their No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
6. CGPA is not acceptable; candidates must provide total marks or percentage certificates issued by the competent authority.
