Eligibility Criteria
Prescribed Qualification/Experience:
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized university with at least three years of practical experience as a Charge Nurse.
- B.Sc. Nursing Post Registered Nurse with at least four years of practical experience as a Charge Nurse.
- B.Sc. Nursing Generic with at least five years of practical experience as a Charge Nurse.
- Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with a Diploma in Ward Management or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) with at least five years of practical experience as a Charge Nurse.
- Valid PNC Registration is mandatory for all applicants.
Note: Only post-qualification experience will be considered. Preference will be given to practical experience from any Government Health Institution.
Age and Gender Requirements
- Age Limit: 25 to 35 years (+8 years general age relaxation for females).
- Gender: Female & Transgender.
- Domicile: All Punjab basis.
- Place of Posting: Various teaching hospitals in Punjab.

Written Examination/Test:
- Type: One Paper MCQ-based Test
- Marks: 100
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Syllabus: 100% qualification-related questions.

Important Notes for Applicants
- PNC Registration:
- Candidates who applied for PNC registration of their qualifications or diplomas on or before the closing date but: a. Received registration cards after the closing date, or b. Have not received registration cards yet,
- Must provide stamped and signed documentary evidence from the PNC.
- Private Experience:
- Experience in private hospitals will be accepted only if the hospital is registered with the Punjab Healthcare Commission, PMC/PMDC, or another regulatory authority.
