• FSc/HSSC (Pre-Medical) OR Valid MDCAT (NUMS 2024): 80%
• Interview: 20%

Special Instructions for CMH Lahore Medical College Applicants : BSN Admissions 2025

Applicants selecting Institute of Nursing, CMH Lahore Medical College must fulfill additional criteria:

1. Appear in an Entry Test conducted by CMH Lahore Medical College.
2. Merit Determination:
   • SSC: 10%
   • HSSC: 30%
   • Entry Test: 40%
   • Interview: 20%

2. Fill out the online application form and upload all required documents.
3. Carefully select your preferred College of Nursing (choices cannot be changed after submission).
4. Submit your application along with the required fee.

Important Notes

• CNIC/B-Form is mandatory for applicants aged 18 and above.
• Foreign qualifications (O/A Levels) must be accompanied by an equivalence certificate from IBCC.
• Applications submitted via post or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Verified copies of SSC and HSSC documents are mandatory at the time of admission finalization.
