   • Type: Part-Time (Incentive-Based Model)
   • Qualification: BS Physical Therapy, Doctor of Physical Therapy, or MS Physical Therapy
   • Experience: Internship/observership at Shifa preferred
2. Head Practitioner – Occupational Therapy
   • Type: Part-Time (Incentive-Based Model)
   • Qualification: BS Occupational Therapy
   • Experience: Internship/observership at Shifa preferred
   • Location: Jhelum
3. Head Practitioner – Speech Therapy
   • Type: Part-Time (Incentive-Based Model)
   • Qualification: Speech & Language Therapy Diploma, BS Speech Therapy, or MS Speech Therapy
   • Experience: Internship/observership at Shifa preferred
4. Phlebotomist
   • Type: Full-Time
   • Qualification: Matric with Science and MLT Diploma
   • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
