About Children Hospital Lahore:
The Concept of the Children’s Hospital & the University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore was presented in the annual meeting of Pakistan Paediatric Association in 1984, foundation stone was laid down in 1990, OPD Block was operationalized in May, 1995 and emergency services were started in October, 1996. The Children’s Hospital has been providing inpatient services since December 18, 1998. The hospital provides a wide range of services both inpatient and outpatient, with full backup of diagnostic services. The Institute of
Child Health is providing post graduate training to very large number of doctors in multiple disciplines as well as conducting research projects. The institute also encompasses the School of Nursing and the School of Allied Health Sciences.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Matriculation or equivalent (as per IBCC equivalence certificate) securing minimum of 60% marks
F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent (as per IBCC equivalence certificate) securing minimum of 60% marks
Candidates having Punjab Domicile Certificate can apply for open merit seats.
16 Seats are reserved for Foreign Students. These will be fully paid seats. Fee will be determined by the University. Punjab domiciled candidates can also apply against these fully paid seats (Self Finance) but they will be considered if no application or short applications by foreign students against this category.
5 Seats are reserved for AJK, GB other Provinces and Islamabad.
Merit Calculation
The merit shall be calculated as follows:
(%age of matric/ equivalent 10%) + (%age of F.Sc/ equivalent 90%) = Total
How to Apply Online?
Online Admission portal is available from 07-11-2024 to 29-11-2024 (04:00 PM). Ensure you have checked your eligibility criteria before applying online for your desired program.
Go to “Create an Account” at the top of the Login Page.
After submitting your information on the Create an Account page, you will receive a verification email.
Click “Verify Now” and log in to the portal to start your registration process.
Review your information carefully in each section before saving and proceeding to the next. You cannot make changes after the final submission of your application.
Enter your personal information and upload your picture, domicile, and CNIC (front and back).
Enter your academic record in chronological order (Matric / Intermediate) and upload scanned certificates.
Select the departments in order of your preference.
In the final step of registration, review all added information and submit the form.
After final submission, your dashboard will be visible, allowing you to go to the payment section to print the challan.
Deposit the non-refundable processing fee at any Bank of Punjab branch.
Applications without the processing fee will be considered rejected.
Ensure you attach the paid copy of the challan in the payments section, as final submission requires proof of payment.
Periodically check your email and student portal, as you will be notified in the portal if any document resubmissions are required.
