How to Apply?
Follow these steps to apply for the DPT program:
1. Obtain the Admission Form and Challan
- Visit www.aicp.edu.pk to download the admission form and challan.
- Alternatively, collect the admission form and challan from Allama Iqbal College of Physiotherapy.
2. Pay the Application Fee
- Fill out the challan form and pay the application fee of Rs. 2000 at any branch of Habib Bank.
3. Submit the Application Form
- Fill out the admission form completely.
- Attach the following documents:
- Receipt of the application fee.
- Required academic documents.
- Submit the completed form and attachments to AICP, Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Note: The deadline for submission is Saturday, 11th January 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.
