Eligibility Criteria:
- Matric with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology as compulsory subjects).
- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board.
- Domicile: Punjab only.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (No age relaxation allowed).
Note: Male candidates may only apply to College of Nursing, Shadrah Hospital, Lahore.
Merit Determination Formula:
- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) marks.
- In case of a tie, Matric marks will determine merit.
- If the tie persists, seniority in age will be considered.
Application Process:
- Apply Online: PNAS Portal.
- Documents Required: Upload original/attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, Matric, and F.Sc. Certificates.
- Application Fee:
- Amount: Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable).
- Payment: Voucher downloadable from the portal; payable at any branch of Bank of Punjab.
- Deadline: 23rd December 2024 (4:00 PM PST).

- Admissions are on merit-cum-preference basis.
- Only complete online applications with paid fees will be processed.
- Stipend: Rs. 31,470/month during the degree program, subject to successful probation and document verification.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BSN GENERIC (4 YEARS DEGREE PROGRAMI
1. Matric with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects) ii. F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks from any recognized Board.
iv. Applying candidate should have domicile of Punjab.
Maximum age limit will be 35 years which shall be calculated till last date of application. (No age relaxation will be given beyond the permitted age limit of 35 years in any case under any circumstances).
The female candidates may give their preferences for admissions in tiny of the above given 43 Nursing Colleges while male candidates have only one option of College of Nursing, Shadrah Hospital, Lahore.
CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING MERIT:
i- Merit will be determined on the basis of marks of F.Sc. (Premedical).
ii. In case two or more candidates have equal marks in F.Sc. (Premedical) then the merit shall be determined on the basis of obtained marks in Matric with Science.
In case two or more candidates have equal marks in F.Sc. (Pre-medical) as well as in Matric (with Science) then merit will be determined on the basis of seniority with respect of upper age of the candidate.
iv. In case of all marks/parameters given above are equal then case will be decided by the SHC&ME Department.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
L Admissions will be made purely on merit-cum-preference basis as per eligibility criteria according to the Government Policy through centralized/online system.
ii. Necessary instructions/ guidelines, schedule and merit list etc. will be uploaded from time to time on the web-portal to facilitate the candidates. Before applying through online system, candidates must read “Instructions” and “Policy” available on the web-portal.
iii. The candidates shall have to get themselves registered on the web-portal http://pnas2.phf.gop.pk to apply through centralized online system.
iv. The candidates shall upload all the requisite original/ attested documents i.e. copy of CNIC (Front & Back side), Domicile, Matric Certificate and F.Se Certificate.
V. The admission shall only be confirmed after verification of credentials/educational documents including IBCC. In case of any wrong information/fake/fabricated documents found at any stage, admission shall be cancelled alongwith disciplinary proceedings and recovery of stipend.
vi. The candidates shall have to pay an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as processing fee which is non-refundable. Fee submission shall only be made on the voucher generated/downloaded from the portal. The fee shall be deposited in the designated account of the PHF in any branch of Bank of Punjab well before the deadline of application submission to avoid any technical issue. The receipt shall be uploaded with the online application on http://pnas2.phf.gop.pk
vil. Deadline for submission of application is 04:00pm PST on Monday 23 December, 2024, In case of public holiday on closing date, the deadline shall be 04:00 pm PST on next working day. Applications after deadline shall not be entertained.
viii. Application received by mail directly to Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department/ Punjab Health Foundation or Directorate General Nursing, Punjab, Lahore or respective Nursing College SIHALL NOT be considered/entertained.
ix. Only completely submitted ONLINE applications with all documents and application fees on the PHF Portal shall be entertained.
If a candidate, after her/his selection on merit, fails to give online consent within the stipulated time period as mentioned on the portal, her name will be struck off from the admission process and the resultant vacant seat will be offered to the candidate who falls next on merit.
xi. The candidates who have already been selected on merit and joined in the previous sessions of BSN Generic will be debarred for applying in this session.
xii. Upon successful completion of probation period and verification of credentials/educational documents including IBCC verification, the selected candidates will receive stipend of Rs.31,470/- per month during the said degree program, as per Government Policy subject to satisfactory performance (with regard to performing duties as requirement of clinical hours and/or otherwise as required by SHC&MED/DG Nursing from time to time, including requirement or biometric attendance).
